Cooking With What You Have




Today I tried an experiment with Flatbread and it turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. I Googled "yeast free flatbread recipe" and found a very basic recipe online that only required flour, salt, warm water, and oil, did a little math, and cooked up an easy peasy flatbread.

I put tomato, spinach, and feta cheese on one, wrapped it up, and voila, lunch!
